The clean and staff
Location- room size
The location was superb. It’s literally close to many things around. The food was great specially the outside little terrace restaurant gave an authentic feeling for having Lebanese coffee and some snacking.
The bed is comfortable
We arrived early in the morning at check-in time. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient and they offer free parking, which was a big plus. However, all the rooms had no view, which was a bit disappointing.

Location near to sea
Staff are polite but slow to support and we had to call several times to get a simple support to get towels
This is the hotel we always use when visiting Beirut, as their excellent free transfer service gets us out of the messy airport in no time (they are the only hotel with a booth there, just before the arrivals hall, where you are met). The rooms are large and comfy enough, but for some reason they don't make use of the good sea views at the rear of the building. We skip breakfast, as there is a great bakery a little further down the street with very good breakfast snacks. You can walk the seaside corniche from here, or it's a short and cheap taxi ride to the city centre sights.
